TR = Threshold Run Z4 (Half Marathon Pace) 6 minute miles (147 – 164)

TMP = Target Marathon Pace 6:15 minute miles (142 – 159)

GA = General Aerobic 7:49 to 7:11 minute miles (126 – 145)

LSR = Long Steady Run Z3 7:30 to 6:53 minute miles (137 – 145)

RR = Recovery Run Z2 7:45 to 7:30 minute miles (125 – 136)

Recovery runs usually 6am.  Tuesday and Thursdays at Doncaster AC.  Plan to be amended to fit in with work etc.  Warm up and warm down not shown.
