Club Run from statue – setting off around 6:40 (arrive no later than 6:30), going about 10k and the group will run between 7 and 8 minute miles (will be out and back on B&Q path).

Track – starting at 6:30 – For those doing the Doncaster 5k just a gentle run with some strides. For the rest 7 x 1000m (run at your target 10k pace) with minimum 90 second recovery. You must be a full member to use the track or pay £5.

Serious hill session, lap of lake to warm up then 4 reps on a course that is 0.9 miles long and involves 4 hills. 2 minute recovery between reps, these are tough hills.
